Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
1. Purpose
To outline the procedure for conducting routine and special medical checkups to ensure early detection, prevention, and management of health-related issues among employees/patients.
2. Scope
This SOP applies to all individuals (employees, patients, or other stakeholders) undergoing medical examinations at [Organization/Clinic Name].
