🔍 KEY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have knowledge or practical exposure to:

🔹 Indian Regulatory Frameworks
Drugs & Cosmetics Act & Rules, NDCTR 2019, CDSCO, State FDA, AYUSH and FSSAI.

🔹 Regulatory Portals & Licensing
Hands-on experience with CDSCO, State FDA and NSWS portals, along with licensing processes such as Manufacturing, Import/Export, Loan Licence and FSC.

🔹 Regulatory Documentation
Strong regulatory writing, documentation and cross-functional coordination skills.

🔹 Nutraceutical & OTC Regulations
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to product labelling, claims and safety assessment.
