- Water By Karl Fischer titration is to determine Bound or in bound water which is present in Drug molecule But in LOD determine organic volatile impurities evaporated on drying the sample at specified condition.
- In LOD test both organic solvents and water content are determined.
- in Karl fisher titration only water content is determined.
