3. Responsibility

4. Materials and Equipment Required

Purified Water / WFI (Water for Injection)

5. Procedure
5.1 Pre-Cleaning Steps

Power Off the Machine:

Ensure the colloidal mill is powered off and disconnected from the electrical supply.

Display “Under Cleaning” notice on the equipment.

Wear PPE:

Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn.

Remove Residual Product:

Disassemble the colloidal mill as per the equipment manual (e.g., remove the rotor, stator, and other removable parts).

5.2 Cleaning Procedure

Use purified water to rinse all product-contact surfaces, such as the rotor, stator, and surrounding parts.
