Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development and characterization activities for biosimilars and biologics.
• Perform protein characterization and analytical method development.
• Work with techniques such as HPLC, SEC, IEX, RP-HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, ELISA and Western Blot.
• Lead analytical method development, optimization, qualification and validation.
• Plan and conduct stability, comparability and characterization studies.
• Support process development, technology transfer and scale-up activities.
• Review analytical protocols, reports, specifications and technical documents.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and provide scientific solutions.
• Lead and mentor analytical teams.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Analytical Development or Analytical Characterization.
• Experience in biosimilars, biologics, recombinant proteins or monoclonal antibodies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of protein-characterization techniques.
• Experience managing projects and technical teams.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting and communication skills.
