Qualification:

• PhD in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry

Experience:

• PhD freshers, or
• 1–2 years of postdoctoral/industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions.
• Develop and optimize synthetic routes for targeted compounds.
• Characterize organic molecules using NMR, IR, MS and other spectroscopic techniques.
• Analyse research data and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Review the latest developments in organic chemistry.
• Guide junior team members on synthetic challenges.
• Prepare scientific reports, presentations and publications.
• Support intellectual-property development and follow IPR guidelines.
